** *** ****** *** **** *** ****** ******* ** ** ***** ** ** ******* ******* *** Didn’t feel that there were any takeaways from the meet as most of the time was spent in basic question (Which might be a process but it could have been shorter as almost 40-45 mins went by)

I visited Dr. Parul for childhood emotional neglect.. narcissistic abuse .. negative beliefs like I am not good enough. I am so happy having visited Dr. Parul. She asked very relevant questions compassionately and understood my issues and helped me see past events in my life differently. I was able to let go of those past emotions and those thought patterns.

My posture has became upright now. Gratitude for her

I had traumatic childhood and those attachment styles were hindering my present life decisions. Although I have been doing meditation and physical exercises, still relationships was like a roller coaster for me . But now after taking her regular therapy sessions, I am much more friends with my emotional pain. Hence better relationships.

I never believed in Therapy. It was always an unsure thing for me, and when I came for it here , I was in a desperate need of help. With patience and professionalism here we are getting our emotions cured and betterment in our relationship issues. We are living more happy life now.
