I started taking sessions from Dr Vidhi in nov 2020. And it has helped me tremendously. I was feeling depressed and had anxiety at the time and was having troubles adapting to the new normal and other changes in personal and professional life.
Dr. Vidhi has been extremely helpful and patient with me. Her councelling has really helped me understand myself better and deal with stressful situations and changes much much better in both personal and professional life.

I was suffering from extreme procrastination and loss of motivation for studying before I resorted to taking sessions from Dr. Vidhi Gupta. I had presumed that it would take a lot of time to better my situation but was surprised to see changes within myself in a matter of 2 sessions. The reason is that the doctor would let me express all my thoughts that I would have while escaping my studies and then would take up those thoughts one by one and analyze them with me. I gained much relevant and practical advice to battle those thoughts from the doctor and learned the source and solution to my problems. I have changed my study habits and am doing better than I was before taking the session

I was going through a rough patch and was depressed due to personal situations and life. Through the counselling, I am really feeling really relaxed, now I am in a state of mind where I can take decisions on my own, have a positive attitude towards Life and reduced my anxiety too.
The session provided me a platform to open up and true to ourselves, as sometimes we can't open up with our loved ones thinking that they might get hurt.
