I had a problem with overthinking. I searched for a psychologist on the Practo app and got ma’am’s number. Then I booked an appointment. So far, I have had two appointments, and I’ve recovered about 60% without any medicine. This is a big achievement for me because earlier I couldn’t stay well — I used to suffer from overthinking all day and constant head pain. But with the guidelines given by ma’am, I am slowly getting better.

I was not sure about visiting a psychologist, but a visit to Dr. Sunita made things easier and clear for me. She does not treat you like a doctor, she treats you like a friend. She goes on with your treatment like she genuinely wants you to get better. Also, the therapy never ends. She is always available via Whatsapp messages and voice notes. Highly recommended.
