Me and my wife were classmates and was in relationship for 8 years. Later got married with blessings from both families. We both work in the IT industry in market leading companies. Even though we didn’t have any issues in our relationship, we had an unconsummated marriage for 2.5 years. Even though we had strong mental bond and years of familiarity & affection towards each other, we were unable to take it to the next level as my wife wouldn’t let sexual intercourse. Then upon our first visit itself, doctor patiently listened to us and explained that my wife is having s state called ‘vaginismus’ and that’s the reason why she is having discomfort and issues while trying for intercourse. After the first session doctor ensured us that this can be cured and provided us with an action plan which included multiple counselling sessions. Finally knowing that we have reached at the correct place for our issue, we were relieved and agreed to follow his plan. After that we had multiple counselling sessions were, he talked with my wife and myself separately and understood our issue completely. This gave us much confidence and hope that we can have a successful sexual life. He walked us through multiple sessions and suggested and taught methods like ‘relaxation technique’, ‘Sensate focus’ etc for both of us and specific Kegel exercises for my wife.

My wife had very drastic improvements and had more confidence after we attempted his methods, we were still was not able to make the final step. Hence, he suggested the next step of action ‘Dilator test’ for wife and we decided to do that understanding doctor’s confidence and determination to help us. After 3 visits for dilator test, we were able to finally make successful intercourse.

This has been a great experience with Dr. Radhakrishnan Nair's Andro Gynaecare Clinic as it offers what we expect when we deal with similar issues which are being considered taboo in normal Malayali lifestyle. He gives us separate slots and has compete privacy on what we discuss there with him. Once a patient is there with him for counselling, he won’t let no one else which is really helps us to open up with him. Also, I must thank doctor for showing immense patience towards us as we were a lazy couple and he really pushed us by asking for daily followups and reminders. He also helped us to overcome several personal issues and barriers we had during the treatment. Also, even after we consummated, he advised us what to follow and how to manage our wellbeing.

I must specially thank him for being a father like figure to my wife which made her comfortable when she undergone this treatment. A Big thank you to doctor from the bottom of my heart!

A life changing experience i would say at the first. We were married for 4 years and was having an unconsummated relation . We both gave enough time for things to gradually change which never happened. We consulted 2 other doctors who suggested ways of getting conceived rather than identifying the cause. We lost all hope and was more depressed. Then we came to know about Dr.Radhakrishnan sir via practo .Only through him it was known that I was having a condition called vaginismus and has to be treated.I was so unaware of such a condition and was reluctant. His treatment involving counseling and meditation techniques helped me to gain confidence and approach the treatment in a positive way. He was so kind and generous and provided a space to share all our problems. He always motivated and guided me throughout the treatment period . Dilator therapy helped me overcome my condition of vaginismus with few months .We also underwent couple counseling which helped us to assist each other in times of anxiety and stress. Doctor's clinic is one such heavenly space of calmness. I never felt it as a treatment center and was always happy to be there.

With doctor's treatment we were able to consummate after 4 years of marriage .He was always available and would give a solution to all our problems. We learned to maintain a healthy and content lifestyle from him . We are always indebted to Dr.Radhakrishnan sir for being there as a doctor and also as a great human being. I strongly recommend Dr.Radhakrishnan sir to all those facing problems in marital life.

Me and my wife are married for last 5 years. Both of us are working and settled in Hyderabad. We have been trying for a baby for last 3years and would have met a lot of doctors in this period. All the doctors we met never had any time or intention to understand the real problem and would directly subscribe for medicine or IVF at first sitting. He was the first person who did not start with medicines. He is a good counsellor who hears all about you and then try finding solutions to it. My case was very rare to him where the male is not able to ejaculate at all but he never lost hope on me. He kept motivating me and started with relaxation techniques which were really useful. Within a one month's time I was able to ejaculate by masterbating and today I feel great to do something which I thought was impossible for me.

Due to this, I was able to do semen analysis and it was found that the sperm count and motility was perfect. Also, general checkup done for my wife and by god's grace, no health issues found for her too. We are now a happy couple to atleast overcome the big fear we had and are trying to conceive under doctors guidance.

My wife was mentally disturbed after entire IVF process and miscarriage that happened. But post his councelling sessions she started feeling better and is much relaxed. I would recommend Dr Radhakrishnan Nair strongly to every couple before going into any route of medicine or IVF treatments.

Finally after multiple sessions with both of us , doctor asked me to undergo VIT ( vagina identification test) which I could successfully complete. This really boosted my confidence to the next level. At last, we were finally able to consummate for the first time. That was one of the happiest moment in my life. He saved our relationship.
