I was in a really bad place and due to lockdown my mental health got worse. I was always irritated and anxious and would wake up with panic attacks. After meeting Dr. Shefali my life changed. She helped me throughout my journey and took me out of the dark place. She made me more confident and to stand up for myself. She is the most friendliest doctor in town .
