Ms Roshni completed her Masters in Clinical Psychology programme from Amity University. I’ve been to quite a few therapists over the years but never found the right fit. Roshni is the first psychologist who actually understood my problems through history taking and a test. She zeroed down on my issues brilliantly. It’s the first time ever I felt heard and hopeful that things can be resolved. Her advice is practical and she gives you small exercises to do that have positive effects on your brain and life slowly. Roshni is very patient and supportive. I had sessions with her during very vulnerable periods in my life, and her association has benefited a lot. Most sessions were online. However, she was able to help me through my periods of anxiety even with through the remote sessions. She was available for consultation in short notice. Always felt like talking to a friend.
