I visited Dr. Monica to manage my weight and to follow a nutritional diet. My weight was stuck since a year. And once I started consulting her, I can see visible changes. The best thing is that her diet plans are very simple, nutritional and sustainable at the same time. I feel much more confident in my own skin now. Besides that she is extremely helpful and flexible. I highly recommend her, not only to just loose weight but also to inculcate a better nutritional lifestyle.

I must say Dr.Monica kapur is the best dietician. It has been 1 month that i have taken diet from her n I have lost my 3kg weight n inches too. Her diet plans are so simple to follow. I will highly recommend everyone who are going to loss their weight.

Initially,it was very difficult for me to follow a diet plan..but she made it easier for me to follow it with little changes in the diet plans as per what I liked..honestly,I did not loose much of a weight but I could experience inch loss happening which kept me motivated to follow the diet plans..so I would definately recommend her for a weight loss treatment..

I had heard about Dt. Monica Kapur, got a chance to interact with her during a friend’s marriage. I was having very high cholesterol & at the same time was overweight too.

She recommended me diets based on results of detailed analysis of my reports of tests she suggested. Diet chart was very interesting to follow & I didn't find much difficulty to follow it. Within first month itself I started feeling the change & my cholesterol levels are in control & have reduced significant weight as well.

I must say that she just expects you to follow her instructions honestly so that you can achieve your target because, its all about changing your food habits & life style that's all. It was wonderful experience.
