Ms. Akshita Aggarwal

I have a lot of good things to say about her. She is extremely polite, intelligent and friendly as well. She is so humble. How i reach her is another story , actually i am a banking aspirant and every other student like me follow anil Aggrawal sir( he needs no intro, i am so grateful to him too) through his channel i got her. My health was not good, i used to feel lethargic all the time and used to anxious without any reason. She understood very well and its been 2 months, now my health is stable and feels energetic all the day and stress is in control. I just want to thanks her. God bless you mam. My father had to lose some weight and he was having diabetes, high blood pressure and thyroid symptoms. Dr. Akshita took care of all the things very well. The suggested diet was nothing upside-down, we could follow it easily and we got the desired results. My father lost almost 4-5kg with 4-5weeks and diabetes and blood pressure was in good control. He had swelling in his feet as well due to increased uric acid but diet only took care of it. It was indeed a relief.

My uncle recommeded Dr. Akshita when i had word with her, she actually was very polite, sweet & understood every thing about all the health issue my mom had. What I love about Akshita is that she is a very hands on doctor. She is available when I need her as she genuinely cares about each one of her patients and wants to see them healthy. She gave me so much variety to eat and many small meals throughout the day so I’m never really hungry but I also landed up losing weight without any weakness. She is not always a yes-man to the patient, she balances by pushing the patient to try a certain meal if she thinks it’s important for them. Overall, I’m glad I found her.

I got to know about her through Practo and visited her for the first time in March’2018. In our first meeting we discussed all my health concerns and my expectations upon following her weight loss programme. I had gained almost 30 kgs during my pregnancy however it’s just been 3 months and I have already lost half of it all thanks to her. She keeps you motivated,guides you on a regular basis and never lets you stay hungry through out the meal plans. The best part, she makes you eat all the healthy home made things which one keeps avoiding.Though I still have long way to go however I feel that given my progress with her, I will be back to my initial weight.
