Go diet, South Extension 1

I joined GoDiets on March 2nd and lost upto 3kgs in almost 3 weeks. My dietain Shreshtha is very very patient and gives a lot of motivation. I had lot of deviations and trips in between, but she was always supportive and changed my diet based on my comfort.. Thanks to her, that I could burn some fat and calories in a short span... I went for weight loss therapy. My diet was designed as per requirement and I got excellent results by following it rigidly. I have been associated with go diet since April 2022. I saw you guys on insta and wanted to reduce weight and had tried intermittent fasting and 6 mile walking with no required results.

I have lost 7 kgs and a couple of inches since April. The best part being with Go Diet is thatI have never felt that I am starving to loose weight.

Hi, I had rejoined GoDiets in January 2021. My journey with GoDiets has been excellent once again. All the dietitian who have been with me were very supportive and prompt to my queries. I have been operated for gall bladder last year and after that my journey became a little bit difficult but still they helped me very well. The diet provided by Ekktta Mam has not only helped me in reducing weight but has also inspired me to get into a healthier lifestyle. My last dietitian is Ritu Arora who has been with me for a very short time but she has literally given me some very good advice and inspired me to lose more weight. I hope I will be able to maintain it further but if I need further guidance I know I can come back.

I took Dr Ekta's Diet for 6 months in total.

In the first week I lost around 1 kg.

In the first month I lost around 2.5 kg.

Then the weight loss plagued and in the next 4 months I stayed approximately at the same weight.

But I lost inches from my stomach and hip area. At that time I was getting frustrated.

Then in last month I added 15000 steps and 15 min workout to my daily routine. And I lost around 1.5 kg in around 15 days and build some muscles aslo.

Overall it has been a educational journey for me.

And some habits that I have formed in the past 6 months are going to stay with me for the lifetime.

Like not having long meal gaps.

Like having detox meal after eating out.

Like having more salads in daily diet.

Like having either dal or sabzi in lunch not both together.

And I am going to continue to follow them throughout life.

I started my journey with go diets teams 4 months back. When I started I thought I would not be able to continue it for longer because of my eating habbits as well as because of my routine but within a week when I saw changes in myself i.e I say no to outside food & strictly following the diet because diet is so easy & interesting too, I continued it for 4 months. I started from 75.7 kg & in 4 months I reduce 9.7 kgs with amazing inch loss that too with many variations in diet. Vishali ma'am & team Go diet is very supportive. In mid of this journey time came where my weight is stuck but team continously working on that part ( making the moderations ) as well as they people continously check on weights & motivate too.

hello today i am very happy i lost 10 kgs with the help of my dietician Dr. Shreshtha Mam i joined go diet team in December i was 80kgs at that time but after joining go diets just in 81 days i lost 10 kgs today i am at 70 kgs with the huge inch loss and visible loss this journey is very difficult for me as i have PCOD and Thyroid also but my dietician Dr. SHRESHTHA MAM always Motivating me to keep my enthusiasm high she is always with me she helps me alot in this weight loss journey. she is just a blessing for me thankyou so much Shreshtha Mam, Ekta Mam and team go diets... Hello everyone I'm Shreya Shinde I joined Go diet for weight loss in the month of December and I weighed 83kgs and now I weigh 75.9kgs . My Diet Counsellor Prashika ma'am helped and guided me to achieve my goals. I have constipation problem and by following these diets I feel very light than before. Ritu is one the best dietician and my diet plan is so easy and it takes on time to make , no extra grocery shopping just the same as usual what we make at home . I started on June 11 and lost almost 3 kgs and and good inch loss , I had this bloating and gastric issues which was not going no matter what, but I feel so light and no gas and no bloating and my cravings have been also reduced otherwise I used to crave junk everyday. I have clearly started seeing the results. I hope so in coming months I will loose more and complete my target.

The best part is how she incorporated the diet in my busy lifestyle as in Canada we don’t have help and have to do everything by ourself so less cooking and healthy eating .
