I am a patient of Dr. Seema. I have completed my 100 sessions recently. When I had started my sessions with doctor, I didn't know anything about the psychology and how it works. I was much confused, stressed, unsatisfied and unhappy in my day to day life. I had no hope for life, I was living only to fulfill my responsibilities. I had very rigid patterns of behaviour, I was always depressed and in anxiety. I had many fears, that time these fears were my life, some people made me so for their personal benifits. It was my world of that time, I thought it as a reality because my subconscious mind internalised all the negative and bad behaviour of other people towards me.

I didn't have a good experience with her at all. From the start she was in a hurry. I suppose the consultation was for an hour but she ended it in 30 mins. She wasnt really listening to me and kept moving the conversation towards to just end it. Really *** ********** she isnt a good psychologist
