I am a patient of Dr. Seema. I have completed my 100 sessions recently. When I had started my sessions with doctor, I didn't know anything about the psychology and how it works. I was much confused, stressed, unsatisfied and unhappy in my day to day life. I had no hope for life, I was living only to fulfill my responsibilities. I had very rigid patterns of behaviour, I was always depressed and in anxiety. I had many fears, that time these fears were my life, some people made me so for their personal benifits. It was my world of that time, I thought it as a reality because my subconscious mind internalised all the negative and bad behaviour of other people towards me.

Due to certain circumstances, I felt that I was slowly getting disconnected from myself, which resulted in panic attacks, anxiety and depression. It was severely affecting my appetite and sleep. So I opted for a counseling session with mam and I was treated under the Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. Through the sessions, mam worked upon the hidden root cause of my mental state. The activities under the therapy were really helpful. Even the fear of again going through this condition will vanish forever. Just have faith in her and she will help you bring out the best of you :)
