Our clinic policy is patient satisfaction to the fullest, bieng a private clinic with its own costs at commercial rates, we take nominal charges trying to keep cost at the minimum. Even then we keep giving discounts when we see a genuine patients with financial difficulty. I Treatment and consultation is given free to patients with BPL card, subject to certain terms and conditions. As far as your second grievance is considered, we are extremely regretful and apologize, but request you to have pointed out this shortcomings then and there.
