I have been working with Dr. Pakhi Jain for the past few months and my experience has been overwhelmingly positive. She is approachable, easy to talk to and at the same time a thorough professional. She listens patiently and intently, then carefully understands and analyses your situation using her professional expertise. Her approach is methodical, logical and practical with a clear and concise plan to work on the problems at hand. She helps with not just the root cause of problems but also provides practical techniques that will guide with managing the symptoms. Simultaneously, she is also flexible with her approach and takes constant feedback from the client with reference to what is working for you and what isn’t.
At the end of every session she provides you assignments to work on which gives you something to work towards till the next session keeping you engaged and aware of your own mental health and the progress that you have made. The assignments have proved to be of tremendous value in my case.
The thing about mental health issues is that it can make you feel like you are stuck in a loop and there is no way out of it. Here, one of the fortes of Dr. Jain is the simplicity with which she breaks down the problem into smaller parts and explains it as something that can be easily managed and worked upon. You feel like things can and will get better. Long story short, she makes you feel very hopeful about your life and yourself. The difference in my mental state when I started taking her sessions to now is huge, and it would have never been possible if it wasn’t for her help.
I would gladly recommend her to anyone who is dealing with any kind of mental and emotional issues. She is someone who is genuinely interested in the well being of her clients and is brilliant at what she does.

Dr. Pakhi is such a great listener; she won't ever interrupt your long stories or ask you to cut them short. I feel so comfortable around her that I can talk about anything and everything without having the fear of being judged. The assignments she give are very helpful, provided you complete them just the way she instructs.
This was the second time I started my therapy with her (almost after 4 years) and I was surprised to see that she had my previous reports. This helped her connect the chords to my past and find out the exact problem. She is a gem :)

I knew that I was going through some kind of mental problem, things didnt seem right, so I visited Doctor Pakhi Jain.
After listening all about the difficult situation which I was going through she gave me a small assignment to check my mental health.
After assessing it she made me comfortable and told me that I was going through a difficult time and things are out of my control so I should just relax and that I was not into any mental problem.
PS. Don't take mental health problems lightly. I am lucky that I sought timely help and didnt need therapy but people are out there who need help, so please take your mental health seriously.

Having visiting Pakhi for a quite some time now, I feel no doubt in saying that I have come a long way in therapy. My visits started when i was getting panic attacks and my anxiety was off the roof. And while of course that was dealt with by her, she brought many other issues to surface that I did not realise were the underlying problems. I always get an answer sitting in front of her to anything and everything that bothers me and she does not shy away from giving the answers that are necessary, if not the most comfortable to hear about.
I recommend her 100% because she’d sit with you calmly, hear you out and help you in every way possible to come out of your issues.

After hesitating for years to deal with my issues (stress, anxiety, relationships and behavioural insecurities), finally I decided to go for therapy. And I am happy that I chose Dr. Pakhi. It’s over 4 months now and I am completely satisfied with the progress. She helped me to realise layer by layer what actually my problems are, find the answers and how to deal with them. I would definitely recommend Dr. Pakhi Jain to anyone who is experiencing any kind of mental problems. She was patient enough to listen to all my problems and then slowly explained me the situation and the corresponding solutions to each problem. There was no haste in Doctor's approach and i was given an ample amount of time before i started to feel better than before about my problem.
An expert's help is always required in many situations where we cannot share the problems with our family and friends.
We all encounter mental illness at some point of time in our lives, it could be any kind of stress or any mental cobweb that we are trapped in, in such situations doctors like her are always like a God in disguise.
I just had a separation from my partner and i was not able to cope up with the trauma and pain it had given me. That is when i decided to visit doctor and tell her my problems.
I am glad i took this decision and felt really positive about my life after consulting her.
She made me believe that life is not over yet,there are many more years to live and she boosted up my confidence with her positive attitude.
I hope she is able to help many others like me and improve their lives by removing the deadlocks in the mind.

I met Pakhi in the beginning of the year, with a lot of questions in my head and a feeling that I'd have termed as anxiousness, unhappiness(borderline depressive feelings, though I'd not use that specific word exactly) and confusion. I was in the middle of a huge career change, and a handful of major life changes.
On the first day she heard me out, outlined a relevant broad plan of tackling all of my concerns one by one, and aligned our expectations, so we both are on the same page. The next week, we started the journey towards a much MUCH more clear and relaxed me. Over the next few weeks, it always felt like, wherever/whenever I hit a dead-end in my thought process, she had a very actionable mental exercise/or perspective to get me out of it and get back on track.****** **** ************** polite and is a great listener, and combined together, in my experience, a very good therapist.
Also, her staff is also extremely sweet and helpful, who made the experience overall even better.
