Hello! My name is Vibha. I have never been to therapy before. For years I resisted this feeling to approach therapy to gain some different perspective towards knowing myself better but this year the calling kept banging in my head and I felt its a high time I approach one. Just then I googled nearby therapist and Dr. Shruti's name popped up and in that moment only I just knew that she is the one who can help me in knowing myself better. And trust me I am proud of myself for making this decision because she is outstanding in her work! Every time I entered her space I kept my mind open and ready to receive new insights and left her space always with a feeling of freshness, lightness, relief and can't forget "always with a smile on my face". She is so calm and understanding that I never felt I am talking to a therapist. It felt as if I am talking to a very good friend of mine without any judgement. I started my journey in April and since then my journey of breaking all my mental barriers one by one has started which were stopping me from accepting myself for the way I am and to live my life bravely, courageously and unapologetically.

If anyone like me searching for a therapist, I would highly recommend Dr. Shruti with all my heart. ☺️

The experience made me realize that my problems arise from me and only I will truly be able to solve them, the doctor was very respectable and was really patient with me, solving my issues one by one, and by the end of every session I had, the problem that I had wanted to solve/sort ultimately was solved by myself, or so I can say, the doctor made me feel very comfortable and welcome to properly open up. Over all these sessions were truly needed for me, and I am extremely happy the doctor was really helpful, such that I was able to receive the most out of my sessions.

I found Ms Shruti very helpful in the whole process.

As I needed to seek a doctor urgently. She made the special arrangements for me to have a session, taking time out from her personal time.

In order to help and make best use of the session, she goes to the extend of doing prior written work before the session. That made the session more clear and she helped me to see my own mind blocks and gave suggestions on how can I clear them up.

I exercised them and turned out to be very effective for me.

I was having anxiety issues from almost 2 years. I have been to Shruti just because somebody suggested me to go for a therapy but I am so grateful that I’ve been to her. She is a very friendly and positive person. She listens to the problem with patience and that makes the other person feel so comfortable & helps in changing the attitude towards the problem in an easier way. After 2 session I was able to see the difference between my thoughts & ways of dealing with problems. I highly recommend her👍🏻
