Dr. Chhavi Bhasin

When I met with Dr Chhavi Bhasin for the first time. I thought that I can get rid of my problem. Chhavi Bhasin is one of the best psychiatrist that I have ever seen.She has an endeavour to fill the gap in psychotherapy. She emphasizes on positive mental health. She empowered me & gave me enough courage to battle against difficulties posed by mental illness.

She works really hard on personal issues & she listens problems of patients. The only one thing I would like to say to staff that appointment should start at the nearest time as given by staff or patient because some of the patients like me belong to very far distance from the place where Dr sits. There are two things that require improvement the one is that appointment time and the other one is about contacting doctor if any patient has doubt. If these two things will be improved then undoubtedly "better me" will be the best cilinic in Delhi.

I had been suffering from low mood following a recent heart break. I come from a very conservative family, where the word 'psychiatry' is whispered in hushed tones ! Nonetheless, I was googling for help when I came across Dr Chhavi Bhasin at Better Me. She seemed approachable, and so I decided to take the plunge.

Since I was so apprehensive about visiting a psychiatrist for the first time, I couldn't even gather the courage to call up and take an appointment. I had booked my appointment using Practo's instant appointment feature.

The centre is quite easily approachable, very close to Shadipur Metro station. The staff is courteous and polite, and my appointment started on time. Dr Chhavi is a perfect blend of beauty with brains. I instantly felt comfortable and all my apprehensions seemed to melt away. I could open my heart to her and she heard me out in a non judgemental way, which was really comforting.

I eventually had 4 sessions with her, and have just successfully concluded my therapy. I must say I'm a stronger and better person now. I discovered and understood facets of myself that I never thought were holding me back to such a great extent. My heartfelt gratitude to the doctor. Thank you. I fulfilled my aim of coming to Better Me !

It is very nice having a counselling session with Dr Chhavi. She listens to your issues patiently and gives the best advice for your issues. A candid doctor with good knowledge & approach towards patients.I definitely recommend Dr Chhavi & you wont regret visiting her after walking out of the clinic.

Only medication no time for patients poor management of appointment no revert on messages only treatment is medicine as against there claims so be prepared for heavy medicine and no response
