Dr. Ankur Lal(PT) is a sports physiotherapist with a varied experience in the area of musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy and rehabilitation. He brings to us an expertise in dry needling, mulligan mobilization, McKenzie exercises, Kinetic control, Theraband training and Kinesio taping.He has worked in various organizations like Indian Spinal Injury Centre, Qi-spine clinic where he got trained in treating back and neck pain. He is a postgraduate in sports physiotherapy from Indian Spinal Injuries Centre, and a certified dry needling therapist from David G. Simons academy, Switzerland. He is also a certified manual therapist, and theraband trainer from the theraband academy, USA. He is a certified high-performance coach in medical rehabilitation from Tecnobody, Italy. He has also worked as a sports physiotherapist in various events like I-League, Delhi Open, Inter-state Hockey Tournament, National Wushu Championship, etc. He believes in the manual healing potential and that properly supervised and guided exercises can bring remarkable improvement in any patient’s physical and biomechanical condition.
