Dr Anjana Kalia is an expert in the area of weight loss and management. My wife was diagnosed with pcod issues, high blood pressure, obesity leading to irregular periods and other consequences followed and our gynaecologist refferred to her. Dr. Anjana has been such a wonderful doctor who has guided us through thick and thin fr the past 8months. She used to make diet charts according to your lifestyle and food habits and the food she used to include in the diet were always convenient to make at regular households thats where she stamds out from others. She used to keep a close check evry weekend with the bp and weight so tht both goes hand in hand.She was not only recommending diets but on the other hand she used to chat a lot in tht brief meeting trying to understand the patients mood, lifestyle, mental health and recommend diet accordingly on a rotational basis. She always used to welcome us with a smile and was so friendly all the time we have been in touch with her that today when we think of this journey with her from the darkness of irregular periods, pcod issues and unable to concieve ovr time really makes us greatful to her for she has really pulled up well striking the perfect balance and we are so happy and would recommend her to all such couples and induviduals to consult her atleast once to experience the magic she has a got.. Dr.Anjana Kalia is a very friendly person.Her smile makes u comfortable the moment u enter her cabin.I was over 100 kgs.She not only motivated me to loose weight but also helped me to b mentally n physically fit.Its been more than a year now n losing around 18 killos has made me more socially active n wear clothes which I was unable to wear earlier. Very attentive and detailed oriented. Dr. Anjana accounted for my pre-existing conditions ,before putting me through a well planned diet schedule. Have been under her supervision and guidance for 2 months now and have already successfully lost 7 kgs,while maintaing a healthy lifestyle. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a planned approach to weight loss. The best part with Dr. anjana is that she doesn't put you through starvation to reduce the weight but rather recommends the right food ,which is quite fullfillng and satisfying.

He advised his mom (my wife), who was overweight and a heart patient, and had cholesterol and high blood pressure, to go to Dr. Anjana Kalia for weight reduction. My son especially recommended this doctor because she is a Ayurvedic doctor. My wife went through the weight reduction plan under supervision of Dr. Anjana Kalia and within three months she achieved the normal weight and had reduction in cholesterol and sugar levels in her blood. Dr. Anjana Kalia is very soft spoken *** *************. She would not thrust a diet plan on the person, rather she would try to understand food habits of the person, and then prescribe a diet which the person would really like to follow. The diet prescribed by Dr. Anjana Kalia would be effective and acceptable to the person. To further clarify the point, many people may be reluctant to go to a dietician fearing that he/she would make them starve or make them eat bland diets which they would otherwise hate to take, but no, Dr. Anjana Kalia would kill the fat with a soft approach.
I'm a 32 year old, bad lifestyle, bad eating habits and some 14-16 kgs overweight. I'm 6 feet in height and my weight was 91 kgs. But that was until I visited Dr. Kalia on 24th December through Practo. Today in just over a months time( approx 6-7 weeks) my height is still 6 feet ( haha) but my weight is 85 kgs. I've lost 5 kgs and all of that without eating less. The diet plan is reviewed weekly and Dr. Kalia provides everything I like and love to eat in the upcoming weeks plan. And then I realised I'm just eating well and eating on time and seeing results. Today I've just fitted( not sure if its a right word) myself into a green cardigan which was bought 2 years back but I couldn't fit into it for almost a year.
All in all she is approachable. Very punctual. Always prompt with communication on all platforms. She genuinely cares. And I just cannot thank her enough.

Thanks to a friend who introduced me to her. I met her, with 86 Kgs on me. Nine years into a marriage, conception looked like an impossible thing. But her diets, some desi nuskhas and counselling, touch wood my boy is one now.
Her flexible diets, liberty of eating almost everything and with quite a few free days, eating without her diet charts looks almost impossible now.
