I am a patient having Glaucoma in both eyes for the past 30 years. After visiting the Doctor, he has prescribed me a set of six different eyedrops which I use every morning and evening.
After prescribing the medicines, the doctor called me for a revisit after a week. Upon checking the tension in my eyes, he found that the tension had not reduced. He couldn't understand why. So he asked me to use the eyedrops in his presence. After putting in the medicine, when I wiped my eyes and opened them, he smiled and explained to me my mistake. I had to keep my eyes closed for at least one minute after putting in the eyedrops.
Having understood my mistake, I modified my habit, and my eyes tension had come to safe zone on the next revisit.
The doctor is very soft-spoken and courteous. I have enjoyed being his patient.
