It has been great experience going to Shweta mam..it has been 2.5 months since I have started my journey for being fit and slim and for the lifestyle changes with Shweta mam and it has been an amazing experience for me.. i suffer from hypothyroidism along with several other problems like acidity/ back ache/ gastric issues/ water retention/ low Vit D/Low vit B/ Numbness in hand/ migraine/ lack of sleep/ hairfall increased/ acne during periods/ history of heart disease in the family/skin and hair losing luster/ forget to drink water and i am on my journey to recovery...Mam is very helpful, knowledgeable and helps you in your weight loss journey by giving her expert advice with extremely comfortable and your favourite meals including in the diets .. she has an amazing helpful team who supports you in every possible way... I’m taking diet since 2 months ; although my wt decrease by 3 kg but i got a clearly visible inch loss .
