Throughout this journey I have honestly felt that having ur choice of food once or twice in a month can never be guilty if done wisely. You have also been very adjusting and prompting to my queries throughout, which something I truly appreciate. My diet was always flexible and never left me feeling hungry and now I can feel myself being more energetic.

It's been 2 + months and i have lost Around 5-6 kgs. The meals are easy to get and very effective. You dont feel starved instead there is a feeling of satisfaction throughout the day. The diet also targets on your ongoing health concerns through homely food remedies. There is regular follow up with the team and the entire engagement can be managed through both face to face as well as virtually. I have never been to the centre and have managed the transaction online by giving just minimal interaction time through my busy schedule. At the end I would recommend this to every one who are looking for a target based weight management as well as people seeking health management through diet.
