I got sudden unbearable pain in iliac crest which was unbearable. Due to the pandemic issue we were scared of going to any hospital. I found Dr Bali on Practo. I was little bit confused if I should prefer practo. But trust me Dr Bali was really good. Most important he listened to me very patiently and very friendly. For a patient it is really important that someone should listen them carefully which doctors usually dont . But trust me after talking to Dr. Bali I felt relaxed. I am having medicines prescribed, hoping for the best outcome. Thanks a lot and loads of gratitude n respect to the doctor . It is already difficult times everyone going through , I really thanks doctor for listening me .

Doctor was very polite, he listened to my father very carefully gave him ample time to explain his problem and after it he did check-up of knee by touching and pressing by own hands whereas in the time of this corona few doctors are keeping distance with patients and giving treatment on verbal discussion basis only that gave my father full Satiesfaction earlier he used to say "Koi fayda ni h Doctor touch bhi karke ni dekhte h". I finish the call with Doctor and suddenly remember that a important question to ask and write in chat and it was seen by Doctor but he did not reply . I asked the question in a second after finished the call . The question was very important to me as it answers the risk of my surgery.

Dr Sankalp Bali is a professional and straightforward about his approach to the issue at hand. This is the second time i have come here and the treatment given has substantially reduced my swelling in the knee. i had a ligament tear and yet i know if i hand all my problems to Mr Bali, i need not care a bit.
