For 8 visit in total I also see Dr. Jyoti who has performed many of my therapy and assisted me with nutrition lifestyle changes. I've been going here on and off for a more then 4 years for verious injuries and was recently hit in an accident. The entire staff was sympathetic, helped me get recovered .dr Harish is a great front office worker and is super kind Geeta G I am greatfull to you as well for Taking me in without appointments

I suffered typhoid jaundice 3 years ago and my life was miserable since then. After few months rest when I started my job my health started deteriorating. Everyday was painful and every night was a nighmare. I soon developed severe back pain with numbness in my left leg. It was difficult to walk and sleep. As my job involved travel and long sitting it became more severe. I was diagnosed with swelling in L4-L5, slip disk, compression of the back, piriformis syndrome and a bend of backbone on the left side. I quit my job and consulted many doctors with no much success. Even after regular phsiotherapy for 3-4 months condition didn’t improve. The next two years were miserable as well with no to a little bit improvement. Recently, i moved to Gurgaon for job and started looking for doctors to help me with my problem.

And then I met dr. Harish. Like every other human i was sceptical in the beginning as I found him on google only. It seemed to good to be true as ratings were brilliant but I decided to visit him. He is brilliant doctor. He has a good command over his work. Within first 3 days he corrected my lower spine. After 3 years I can walk properly. Now i can feel my leg and it is getting stronger day by day. He corrected the bend on the left in the next few sessions. Over the past two years I developed a compensatory backbone bend on the right on the upper back and problem with the C4-C7 in the neck. He even treated them with so ease that it doesn’t bother me anymore. He has given a new hope to me and I really feel indebted to him.

To anyone and everyone, who has suffered or is suffering any backbone related issue I would highly recommend dr. Harish Grover.

I think he knows the best of his profession. He attends the patient very well, listens to the problem and suggest always what is appropriate for the patient. The exercise taught by Jim are really really effective.

Had been having problem of lower back pain - especially in my left hip joint for the past two years- which was not going awayfully , despite Physio therapy,, matrix treatment, yoga Adams specific to lower back etc..

Each of these methods gave temporary relief to some extent but would reappear.

I met Harish when I was having a sore neck so much so that I could not move it to the left. I had been dealing with lower and upper back pain for 4-5 years and started living with it. I used to excercise every day for 30 mins as per physio instructions but the pain would not go away.

The doctor was very accommodating with my tight schedule. The treatment was very helpful in reducing my back pain. Could feel the drastic change within a few sessions. The doctor does not limit the healing process to only appointments. Really good excercises suggested by him which I can perform at office and home.
