My association with Dr. Chakshu and her team has been for quite long. She has a good experience in physiotherapy and will surely give very good results.

My Physiotherapy was done by Dr. Nitika Negi. She was extremely patient *** ************* and did the entire therapy with utmost diligence! Both my wrist pain and foot pain has almost become negligible, all thanks to her! I am very much satisfied with her work and would highly recommend Dr. Nitika Negi and Arunalaya to everyone!

I was suffering with pain at back of my knee and under treatment of various doctors.Honestly speaking i gave up beacuse where ever i go everyone suggested me go for surgery.I visited numerous hospitals including sir ganga ram ,aiims,shalby ahmedabad, all said go for surgery.But accidentily or must say luckily saw this centre when was returning from library.I approached clinic and discussed problem with DR CHAKSHU and DR MANJUL both replied with smiling face it's cureable with therapy but takes time.I am under treatment for 2 months and now i am perfectly fine. I had visited pain free zone with complaint of shoulder pain. Dr manjul diagnosed me with bicep tendonitis which causes pain in the shoulder and made me aware of other postural problems as well. I took advanced physiotherapy for 10 days and rehab for 5 days. I am very happy with the results , my pain has vanished. Both dr chakshu and dr manjul are experts in their fields and highly experienced. My overall experience was very good.
