On second visit scheduled today, time of appointment was initially 3 pm, that was changed to 5 pm. Thereafter again time was changed to 3.15 pm and further changed to 4.30 pm.

This was ** ****** ************** ********* **** * ******* *** utter indifference towards a patient.
