And you will think that's how much I am spending for it. But wait, that's only the token amount. He will keep bringing additional charges for various stages of the root canal process. For instance after 3 visits, he will say something like" now i will have to insert a fiber support to strengthen your teeth. That will cost an additional 6K or something". If that was a part of the root canal process that should already have been included in the bill amount.

Anyways, now is the time for crowning. Either you opt for a metallic crown or a ceramic. I opted for the ceramic one with a 5 years warranty. But when it was time for me to get the crown fitted, he said "the 5 year cover has recently become invalid so I have made the 10 year plan for you. This will cost you 3K extra". I didn't make much of a fuss about it back then because it was already at the back of my mind to go for the years plan. But still I felt like he should have at least given me a prior update and taken my consent before going ahead with the new plan. What if I wasn't willing to dish away the additional charges?

Now after almost 3 months I still feel although very minimal but still some kind of a sensitivity in my crowning area. I also opted for deep cleaning. Even here he chose to give a miss to those areas where it's not visible. And now as I got a reminder from Matrix Dental Clinic via Practo for a routine/follow up check I decided to review the place and inform that I don't know about others but "I am finding another dentist for my future visits".

I am still giving it a 2 rather than 1 star because the receptionist was a

cooperative and sensible lady.

Doctor is very friendly and Provide proper details to resolve my dental issues.I am happy with the services.

Doctor was patient in understand the issues I had, and also took time to explain the treatments. Prices were made transparent before the treatments. I had to make several appointments for the entire treatments and all went well. Things went as expected and the final results are satisfactory and natural looking. Happy overall. Would definitely recommend Dr. Sourabh due to his experience, expertise and friendly nature.

Dr Poonam Nagpal and Dr Sourabh Nagpal are by all means best of the doctors my family ever came across. Costs are transparent and by now we all including our friends whom we reffered uptill knows that Matrix Clinic is very economical too considering the standard of treatment. Never encountered any compromise and uptill now we all are very happy. Good thing with these dentists is that they make you forget your pain and talk very friendly. Really like there handling and way of treatment. Root canal treatment by Dr Poonam was really worth appreciating and Smile Designing crowns given by Dr Sourabh Nagpal were very much matching to my other natural teeth. I would recommend them for Dental treatment. Also Dental Clinic staff behaved very good everytime i visted,

With my previous visits to several other dentists, the doctor's approach was very professional. I was not explained about the intricacies of the problems as properly as was done here. Also, the treatment went smooth. So, overall it was a satisfactory visit to Matrix.

Dentist was very encouraging and kept explaining what all Dental treatment was required in me. Also once cost was explained to me I was able to calculate total cost of treatment for my planning. It was a transparent affair and economical too. Liked every bit during appointments.

My first visit was when my gums were in torn out stage and some tooth movent too. Resultantly I was with sore mouth and painful bites. After bone graft surgery it took good three months for normal health to come back. Scared even to think about those days.

Before coming to Matrix for me positive factors were very good reviews, with location very near to air port, a good team of specialist dentists of all fields, Prompt Quotation replies and Costs mentioned on website, prompt replies for queries. But i ended up getting better than expected from Dentist Dr Sourabh and Dr Poonam. Undoubtedly best expereience.

Teeth whitening results are satisfactory and will plan on for Veneers in my next visit. Really I liked your Clinic and it was a treat to get work done at your Dental office.
