We visited the clinic for getting our dental implants done and Dr.Saurabh Nagpal was very helpful in explaining each and every step involved each OPG CBCT to us so that the case becomes clear to us.Costs involved were briefed to us beforehand. He told us to go for All-On-4. The tooth extraction and dental implant placement went very very smoothly. There was no major pain / complications as such. Doctor gave us a healing time of 15 days and that was a blessing. No bleeding nothing .After 15 days he placed the temporary prosthesis and we're all good for next 4 months till our permanent prosthesis will be placed.

All in all i recommend this clinic and specially Dr. Saurabh. The most helpful,calm,down-to-earth,patient and well communicating doctor.

Great experience. The clinic is well sanitized and all the staff had proper ppe kits. The waiting time was minimal. The doctor was friendly and he made me very comfertable. He too was wearing full ppe kit and he sees no two patients with the same ppe kit on. He made me understand my x-rays and the line of treatment, cost and time its was going to take. my session lasted nearly 1 hr 15 mins and the doctor was very supportive and patient throughout the surgical extraction process. After the procedure, the team explained to me post-care and medication in detail. They even sent me post-care instructions on whatsapp which is pretty neat. Overall, a great facility with very professional staff and a great doctor. Definitely and highly recommended.

Dr. Sourabh Nagpal explained the issues in very simple clear words and provided the options clearly. We continued with the treatment which we agreed upon. Throughout the treatment, Dr. Nagpal and his team did an amazing job. There was a situation where I needed an appointment for every single day in the week. Dr. Nagpal and his team helped me in every possible way. ** ** **** **** ****** *** he has a very professional and punctual team with him. I will definitely recommend him.

We went there for our daughter(6 yrs old). Many doctor suggested RCT for her problem which is quite painful. So, we were really not sure about that but thankfully, we discussed it with Dr Saurabh Nagpal. He strongly suggested that it would be good to wait for sometime( considering her age) and RCT might not be required as her milk teeth would fall by themselves. We followed his advice and it really happened the way he suggested. We are so glad to have him as our doctor.

I am really happy my son advised me to visit Matrix. Root canal done by Dr Poonam was marvellous without much pain delicately done and well explained and executed at every stage. It was worth my money spent. I had to undergo a detailed front teeth treatment of 6 teeth but Dr Nagpal and Dr Mrs Nagpal made me feel like a queen each time I went for an appointment with utmost pampering too to ease my pain if any.It was a very good experience and indeed Dr Saurabh is an artist of teeth.

I went to Dr Nagpal for the treatment and fixing of two upper central incisors (teeths) of my 10 year old son which he had broken by felling down. My wife and I had so much tension and apprehension since both the teeths were his permanent teeths. But, after the one month of treatment, we are now totally relieved. Everything now appears to be normal. It was possible due to Dr Nagpal. His abilty to explain regarding the issues and further treatment plans are noteworthy.
