I visited Ms Chaitanya last year in December as I was experiencing extreme anxiety due to my breakup. She provided a safe space for me to express my feelings and she heard me patiently. She helped me deal with the heartbreak, the extreme emotions I was unable to handle and also made me understand my behavioral patterns in all my relationships.
