I am a certified fitness coach from Delhi. In 2020 I was diagnosed with slip disk, doctor said I could not lift weights anymore and shall undergo a surgery too. This shattered me to the core. I couldn't bear this shock and had a mental break down. Mrs. Sweety Mittal was my saviour. She not just took me out from the depression but boosted my confidence too to restart my career. Her firm patience in handling my fears and how I perceive things and unbiased understanding helped me overcome my tough times, I still continue to get her help further for developing resilience and self confidence.
