I am a certified fitness coach from Delhi. In 2020 I was diagnosed with slip disk, doctor said I could not lift weights anymore and shall undergo a surgery too. This shattered me to the core. I couldn't bear this shock and had a mental break down. Mrs. Sweety Mittal was my saviour. She not just took me out from the depression but boosted my confidence too to restart my career.
