I’m proud to say I have lost weight on the FLAB TO FIT diet. I started in the beginning of January (weight 66 Kgs ) and currently (March 15) I weigh 58 Kgs. So I’ve lost 8 Kgs. The doctor is very uncomplicated and explained the whole process nicely so that people like us with non medical background are confused with, lot of confusing information on the internet.
