Doctor should be more friendly when patient is already scared even if he/she asks the same questions 2 times.I went to meet him for my wife's treatment. She was already taking the medicine from other doctor for last 1 year but since she was not getting much relief therefore we thought to meet Dr. RP gupta. When we met him, I tried to hand over all the previous prescription of our last doctor to let him know what treatment we already took. To my surprise, he denied to see old treatment and prescribed some medicines ** *** ********* ******** **** ** *** **** ********* *** ******* **** ** **** ****** *** *** ****** *** **** Nevertheless, since my wife has so much doubt about her skin problem as it not getting cured for last 1 year, she asked the same question 2 times that is this problem related to eczema and then doctor shouted in a very rude manner that she is insisting him to tell its eczema and also told what you know about eczema just the google knowledge. We told him that our last doctor was giving the treatment of eczema and skin allergy therefore we wanted to confirm if its eczema. My point is when we asked first time whether its eczema then instead of simply letting us know that its allergy he might have given us proper explanation why he thinks its not eczema and only allergy then we might have not asked second time. Since he was in hurry therefore he didnt consider it necessary to give proper explanation and read previous treatment. Rs. 1200 just for 5 minutes without any proper explanation, I will never recommend the doctor to anyone.
