I have been working in a software company for 5 years now , due to odd timings I was not able to exercise properly and was not into a healthy nutritious diet.

I got to know about Ms. Umang Behl through Practo 1.5 months back. I wanted to lose 6-7 kgs since a long time. I have tried all kinds of diets but at last I always ended up eating junk food and gaining weight because I am a big foodie. But I think consulting Umang for weight loss was the best decision. She is so polite and understanding. Her diets include foods which are easily available at home and nothing fancy. But at the same time I have discovered so many new recipes through her which I never knew about. You will not even feel like you are on a diet. When I started 1.5 months back, my weight was 65 kgs and now it is 60 kgs. I never thought that losing weight can be so easy. Also, I consulted her for my mother who has thyroid. She is also following her diet and has lost about 4-5 kgs in 1.5 months. I would highly recommend Umang. She is amazing and the best part about her is that she is always available and will always give you alternatives if you don't like a particular food.

Umang seemed to have forgotten about our scheduled video consultation, as she initially called me stating that we couldn't meet at the designated time and suggested meeting an hour later. This unexpected change caused inconvenience and confusion.

During our actual video call, Umang was in a car, resulting in a considerable amount of background noise, which made it challenging to have a focused and productive conversation. This environment was not conducive to a professional consultation, and it impacted the quality of the interaction.

I also noted a lack of engagement and genuine interest in my well-being as a patient. Umang conveyed a reluctance to provide comprehensive advice during the call, suggesting that for more detailed information, I would need to consult her separately. I visited Dr. Pallavi for diet plan consultation. Its been a month and I have already started seeing the results. She is really supportive and you can be absolutely friendly with her. The best part is that you can easily follow the diet and would not starve while following one. I would highly recommend to anyone who wants to consult for weight loss or diet plans.

We contacted umang via practo with regards to diabetic diet counselling of our father. She was not only quick to respond but she picked it up actively. weekly diet plans rolled out by her has helped us to contain the blood sugar glucose level of our father. Additionally, her availability with regards to any doubt at any stage was welcoming.

Umang is very friendly and accommodating. There were times when I used to text her 1 hour before the meal to change the recommended diet, and she would always give alternatives. Because of PCOD , it had become hard to lose weight, but with Umangs diet chart I lost 5.5 kgs in 2 months with days I would skip diet to have pastry ;)
