Family Dental Health Centre is a unit of IDENTITY+ is a specialized prosthodontic clinic for dentures (fixed and removable) of all types and implant supported prosthesis besides providing general and cosmetic dental care on the “concept of family dentistry.” Since 18 years “Identity +” have been successful in providing primary and advanced dental care to more than 10,000 patients. We have seen our patient grow from kids to young adults , and many single patients directing their entire family, friends and relatives to us. Established by Dr. Sharad Gupta and Vishakha Gupta, This Center works towards following aims and motto:To educate our patients about dental problems, their prevention, and successful treatment options.To provide a wide range of solutions for replacements of missing teeth and oral structures to our patients.To continue to upgrade and update ourselves for providing good dental care.To establish a high level of professionalism in our practice and set high standards of dental care.To contribute towards the welfare of the society by participating in health camps, free check-up camps and providing free basic treatment to the needy.

I recently met with an accident and my front two teeths were damaged, I went to Dr. Sharad and he consulted and guided me so well even on the phone call that I was so relaxed and took the appointment for the next day, when I went to the centre, He explained me each and everything very peacefully and in such a manner that I understand easily. After the treatment I am super happy and very very very thankful to him.

Today, when I went to the clinic, Dr. Vishakha was not there, but she arrived within 5 minutes. First, we greeted each other and then she called me up in order to proceed with the treatment.
Then, she checked my tooth, if there was any pain or not. After which she explained me about the procedure, that it could be sensitive too.
Once it was done, she explained me about the do's and don'ts that I should follow.
During the course, she was calm, focused and careful too. So, that I don't get hurt in anyway.
She treated me like her own child🥰🥰.

*** ** *** **** ****** * ******she explains you the whole issue and then share the details of the treatment..I never felt she have intention of making profit from her patients, because in my case I went to her when the tooth was not in a position to be saved. So she could have taken advantage of that however she saved my tooth and charged very genuine fees..Along with this she gave me pain free treatment.. My whole family visit her now for any kind of dental problem.

I like the recommendations by the doctor when I presented my case of decayed tooth through a video call from overseas. My case of chronic tooth pain caused by the decay of a tilted wisdom tooth handled perfectly. She took her time to explain my condition and my treatment options, out of which we decided to go with RCT. Additionally I got tips on how to maintain oral hygiene and usage of specific tooth paste and tooth cream as a preventive measure. I would recommend Dr. Vishakha.
