Dr. Tuli's Clinic For Joint Replacement & Sports Injuries, Malviya Nagar

I recently visited Dr. Sunil Tuli's clinic for orthopedic consultation, based on a referral I received from someone I trust. Unfortunately, I must express my deep disappointment with the experience I had.

During my consultation with Dr. Sunil Tuli, I found him to be extremely rude, ********* *** ********** ** ** ********* Despite attempting to explain my leg issue, I felt as though he did not listen attentively and showed little empathy towards my situation. ******** *** ******** *** ******** *** *************** leaving me feeling unheard and disrespected.

It was disheartening to encounter such behavior from a healthcare professional, especially when seeking assistance for a medical issue. As a result of this negative experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend Dr. Sunil Tuli to others seeking orthopedic care. I believe that effective communication, empathy, and respect are fundamental aspects of patient care, and unfortunately, these were lacking in my interaction with Dr. Tuli.

I hope that by sharing my feedback, it may prompt Dr. Tuli to reflect on his approach to patient care and consider the impact of his demeanor on patient satisfaction. Additionally, I encourage the clinic to take feedback from patients seriously and strive to uphold high standards of professionalism and patient-centered care.

I am 85 years young! It was my first visit to Dr. Sunil Tuli, and indeed it was an unexpected and pleasant surprise. I had come to consult him about numbness of my lower limbs and was a bit anxious about meeting an unknown doctor. Dr. Tuli put me at ease immediately with his warm friendly manner. He listened attentively to my concerns and did a careful and thorough physical examination. I was both impressed and relieved that he did not ask me to undergo any investigations. Instead, he gave me sound pragmatic advice on the crucial value of walking and specified exercises. I have come away from this visit feeling calm, confident and reassured. I would rate my meeting with Dr. Tuli as one of the very best. Dr. Sunil Tuli is a great doctor. I had my ACL revision reconstruction done almost a month back. Firstly, he is very friendly and will treat you like family. He will suggest you the right treatment with minimal medicines. I have already done ACL reconstruction twice and this is the 3rd time that I got revision ACL reconstruction done. This time a few days after the surgery I felt as if I didn’t have any knee surgery. There was not much pain and the recovery was superb. Tuli Sir told me that he is going to use new and recent technology in this surgery and to my surprise, it’s going great as of now. I am thankful that I was able to locate him. I would highly recommend him. Thank you SIR!!!!!

Patient was advised to get a knee replacement but doctor examined the knee and the reports and suggested that knee replacement is an easy task and as your age is not much i would not like to operate it but will ask you to start exercises as I feel this will get better with exercises. The best part about doctor is that he does not care about the money and focus on the problem of patient. Despite being surgeon he said surgery is the last resort and before that we can do wonders with exercises. Before going to him I felt his consultation fee is high but after consulting him i feel he deserves that as he is not running after money otherwise surgery was in our mind.
