Dear friends i am taking my bifh kids since tgey were born..but today she gave me the time and i kept on waiting outside in aun shade with my son..i understand covid situation..she was again in hurry and vaccined in right hand ** ***** ** **** *******and told my son to go out..she did nit even put bandage aftet vaccination..and kept on yelling that we have called u ealier than the other one..but truth was she never did this..i paid 2000 *** ********* **** * ***** *** ******* *** **** ** *** ****** *** **** **** *** do tor was telling me to go out despite of waiting in warm day outside .***** ******* ** ******* ** ** *** ** ***** *** ********

Dr. Poonam Kohli replied

Due to Covid in the best interest of u and your child we are trying to keep u all in the clinic for mininum time possible. For flu vaccine we do not do consultation so we just gave injection. Cost of vaccine was 1575. We are giving bandaids to parents as we are all wearing gloves and if we put bandaids our gloves rupture. We apologise if it was not communicated to u. There were other patients waiting outside before u and we saw u out of turn. You have been sending kids with grandparents for so many years . Please check with them if we were ever impolite. Sincere apologies and look forward to providing service to u in future. Stay safe and God bless u.
