I am an UPSC aspirant preparing from long time but unable to give my 100% because of certain issues which I was facing like- emotional outbursts, anxiety, poor concentration, lack of interest, lethargic life style, depressing thoughts, fearful feelings, excessive overthinking, sleep disorder, low confidence, loneliness etc. I have tried lot of things to improve my symptoms ranging from taking multivitamins, watching motivational videos, physical work outs etc. Inspite of all these activities, I was facing the above mentioned issues because of the repetitive failures in many competitive exams and poor family support in terms of mental wellbeing. In June 2023 I have decided to visit a psychiatrist and came to know about Dr. Shrikant Sharma. He is a kind, friendly and quite professional with dealing the mental health related issues. During our first meeting he assured me that you will started improving within a week and able to move ahead confidently to fulfill your aspirations. He told me to continue the treatment for 9-12 months even though you will started feeling almost normal after few weeks. Now I'm writing this review after 50 days of my first meeting with the doctor and I am taking the prescribed medicines regularly. Now I'm feeling almost normal and able to improve my habits and lifestyle. I get back my rhythm. In last 50 days I have realised that I was facing some level of mental stress and anxiety even from last 10-15 years. Although I should have visited long ago but what happened if I didn't visited even this year. So I have no regrets for being late rather I'm focusing more on the upcoming opportunities in my life. My focus have been improved, sitting hours have increased, consistency improved, even vision become clear, reading and writing speed improved and overall my productivity enhanced impressively.

In last 50 days I have visited 4 times at the Anandam Psychiatry where the staff, psychologist and the Doctor himself are supportive and friendly. One more thing is the understanding of the Doctor over the symptoms is deep and analytical. He understands well and then prescribe the medicines with appropriate doses. He suggests doses perfectly with the combinations of the required medicines. I have adjusted comfortably with the doses in just 2-3 days.

The hectic and competitive lifestyle is started affecting our mental health adversely. It's very important to take care of it. If you are facing certain mental health related issues then definitely visit a psychiatrist either in person or online. I would like to recommend Dr. Shrikant Sharma based on my experience.

I've been suffering from OCD for the last 6-7 years but used to think it was just my disciplined behavior. This got worse during the COVID outbreak post which it starting interfering with my day to day activities. Washing hands, having a bath everytime after coming back from somewhere, sanitising each and everything- these symptoms are just a tip of the iceberg. That is when I decided to take help and consulted Dr. Srikant. Our first interaction was quite friendly and he gave me ample time to understand my history and behaviour. He explained me the pros and cons of the medications and made me believe in myself that things can change. Medications were minimum at the beginning and the doses were gradually increased on the basis of my feedback. Believe me when I say this, I'm a changed person in a span of two months! Although the treatment and the therapy sessions are going to continue and it's your commitment to actually practicing all the exercises and suggestions given by the doctor, you would see a difference in 1-2 months which will give you a lot of confidence. I would recommend anyone suffering from any psychological ailments to visit Dr.Srikant atleast once and then decide for yourself.

My experience with her, as my doctor, has been immensely satisfying. The amount of growth I've had since she has been guiding me is really significant. She has excellent communication skills and can express herself really well. She is a great listener and has been really wonderful at giving me insights about myself, and has a very effective and constructive explanation for the difficulties I've been facing. She's been an awesome catalyst in the process of betterment of my mental health. She is understanding, and knows her job pretty well.

DR. SARIKA MAM is a very calm and composed natured therepist.Her logical facts and the solutions realted to all problems is amazing.She is highly experienced and skilled therapist.Her friendly and humble nature will make you to express your all life problems infront of her.Under her guidence my improvement is on next level.And if you follow her given routine honestly and sticking to it,i promise all your problems will be resolved very soon.

So I would like to highly recommend DR. SARIKA MAM for any anxiety or depression related issues.

Starting therapy from Prachi mam was the best decision i made. She is friendly, considerate and helpful. She is empathetic towards the patient’s problem. Its been almost a year i have been in therapy and i can feel a change in me. Being an introvert, shyy and under confident person , my friends onlyy used me for there own good and i was okay with it and was left sad and alone but being in therapy working on myself helped me understand the importance of choosing me nd focusing on me to become the best version of myself.Prachi mam makes u a better person in life who is more considerate of theirs and other people’s feelings. Doctor very patiently heard the problem of my 17 year old son who is rebellious by nature, has attentiondeficit problem,addicted to computer gaming with least interest in studies or outside world

He then had a separate session with my son and gave counselling .

All psychological test were conducted and a very comprehensive report was given to me

His prescribed medicines are effective along with therapy session my son is on the road to recovery

Great doctor and very friendly environment makes it a good place to go for psychiatrist treatment

*** ******* ** *** **** ************ ** ****** I was struggling from anxiety and fear from unnecessary negative thoughts since this very year Smile was missing from my face and all family members were totally disturbed from my behaviour specially ky father .When I went to Dr. Srikant he listened carefully all the aspects and started their treatment. In just 1 and half month my condition magically improved. I am thankful to Dr. Srikant Sharma for make my life happiest again. He is an excellent person and a friendly doctor.❤️

Ms. Sarika is an excellent mental health professional. I found her very perceptive, had a command on her subject, sharp, clear minded. She understood my problem and like an educated professional educated me on my problem and coached me into seeing the right perspective. I was in a very bad mental state and her constant therapy sessions rewired my thoughts, gave me the healing I needed and brought me out of my misery. Words fail to describe the pain I was in and her patiently taking me through the process of therapy and understanding my own mind made me appreciate more of how complex people are. I will in always be in her debt and grateful to her. In many ways psychology is a practice of kindness and compassion towards your fellow human beings. I have learnt a lot, grown a lot and matured a lot in my sessions. I hope that You do too.

@ madhu garg:- My husband suffers from bipolar disorder for past two years. After lockdown his condition aggravated and we rushed to a nearby doctor. Unfortunately after medication, his condition further deteriorated and i had to searched for best phycologist in Delhi for online consultation due to C19. I visited Anandam Psychiatry center with an aim of improving my interpersonal skills and managing stress in early March, 20.

Ritu and I started working together around then and from there she has helped me identify the core ideas underpinning the issues at hand. From the inception she has been very friendly, methodical and observant; her insights laid the groundwork that helped me assess the areas on which I needed to work.

She has taken ample time to explain the matters at hand and ways to resolve them in a structured manner. Since, counselling was a first for me, given the social stigma attached to it, it was at times struggling for me to grasp the "How to" of the issues. She was very quick to realise my struggles and was very accommodating, she even went out her way and spent extra time ensuring that the matter at hand was discussed in it's entirety and in a productive and fruitful manner.

I'm looking forward to working with her on my issues and would heartily recommend the doctor.
