He patiently listened to all my concerns, explained my condition and treatment plan clearly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the consultation. His diagnosis was accurate, and I experienced significant improvement after following his advice. The clinic staff was also courteous and well-organized. I am writting this review to share the most disappointing experience I had with a medical professional.

I visited the doctor because I was experiencing vaginal symptoms and specifically wanted to understand whether I had an infection. During the consultation, I was told that a Pap smear and a vaginal swab were the same test, ***** *** *** ***** ********** *********** *** **** *** *** ***** ***** **** *** ***********

**** ****** * ******** **** **** **** ** ********* *** ***** ******* *** ******* ************ I had done my research before visiting and specifically asked for vaginal swab to get tested for infections but the doctor told that both of them are same.

I proceeded with the Pap smear based on this explanation and paid for the consultation and the test. But the test confirmed everything other than what I had asked for.

I subsequently contacted the clinic to clarify whether there was another report or infection test, and they confirmed that this was the only test/report performed.

I am disappointed because I would have made a different decision had the differences between a Pap smear and vaginal infection testing been explained clearly beforehand. ******** ****** ** ***** ******** *********** ***** **** * **** *** *** ****** ****** ****** ****** *** ***

I am sharing this experience so that other patients can ask specifically what test is being performed and what infections it is actually designed to detect.

I was trying to tell her what all I have done but rather than listening to me she was saying the exercise works continuously where I was trying to tell her for 2 years it has not worked for me. I would recommend Dr. Pooja because I'm having my acne problem since 7-8 months i hesitated first to take consultation but Dr.pooja is so friendly and she told me about my skin and why I'm having this problem and also recommended me medication according to my face type and issue.

* ** ******* ** ****** *** ****** ************** ******** ** **** ***** **** ****** On Saturday between 7–8 PM, my WhatsApp messages and calls regarding Dr. Pooja Alhawat’s availability were completely ignored. When I followed up the next day, the receptionist was incredibly rude, dismissively telling me to "do whatever you want" when I mentioned filing a complaint.

I expect better patient care and request immediate disciplinary action

I recently had a wonderful pre‑pregnancy consultation, and it truly made a difference. She patiently listened to all my concerns, explained important steps to prepare, and guided me with clear, practical advice. Her supportive approach helped me feel confident and reassured about the journey ahead. Doctor listen every problem carefully, and also give proper guidance about what to do what not to do. Highly recommend the doctor
