There is no need to have bed rest of u are ok antidepressants although if u are suffering from depression some days u might not feel like getting up so that's okay it will improve with time .
Please continue ur medication and do atleast half an hour walk or any other form of physical exercise that you do in routine that will additionally help in lifting your mood
