Yes anti diabetic medicine can be taken with insulin... But considering the age of patient be careful with high dosages as it can lead to hypoglycemia if not taken meals on time....

Yes type 2 diabetes can b managed with oral drugs and insulin. But main thing is maintaining the sugars in normal range that is fab 120 PPBS 140-180 HBA1c
