Zinc Vomit
Hi my daughter is 8 months old. Recently my paediatrician has given her zinc drops. Soon after giving her zinc she vomited badly. So I stopped giving her but doc said to give her then today i gave so again vomited badly. Why is this happening ? Pls help and she even had loose motions after that with bad smell

Zinc is known to cause vomitting sometimes. Can omit it. Give ors for loose stools

Can stop zinc,it sometimes causes vomiting in some children.Can plan on giving WHO ors ,sporlac sachets if necessary.Maintain hydration.Tq

Give after 2 days . As she is having vomiting . Give probiotic for loose stools
