Zeroklot injection side effects. It?

I am 9.2  weeks pregnant. My dr. Has advised me to take zeroklot injection daily for 3 weeks, i.e till 12 weeks of pregnancy.. since past 2 days I am taking this injection but after a while of taking injection I feel light headed &  uneasy. My dr. Is out of town for a week & I can't reach him over phone. I really don't know what to do. Should I continue taking the injection or should I stop it? If I have to suddenly stop it after taking 2-3 doses of this injection, will it affect my baby. The doctor said he will give me ecosprin tablet once my first trimester is over. My scan at 8 weeks was all okay. Dr. Said everything is fine but I still need to take this injection as it will help in proper blood circulation to the foetus
