Zandu Nityam
I had anal fistula surgery 6 days back. I did not have constipation, but after the surgery, maybe due to consuming so many medicines (antibiotics, pain killers), i am facing constipation. I am able to pass stools everyday, but the stools are hard and hurts the surgery wound. I drink lot of water and eat a lot of vegetables and fruits, but still the stools are hard. I took 25ml of lactifiber syrup for the last 5 days, it did not help. My parents take Zandu Nityam occasionally, and they are suggesting that I try it as it clears the stomach by making the stools soft. Can i take Zandu Nityam 1 tablet till my wound heals?

Usually such Q must be with ur treating surgeon as ur in recovery mode and status must be under supervision.
