Kindly visit the ER at the earliest so you can be evaluated and undergo investigations such as CBC, LFT, HBV, HCV, WIDAL etc. to find the underlying cause and have it treated at the earliest. There is a chance that you've developed jaundice and the various causes has to be ruled out and treated at the earliest.
