My mom is suffering from yeast infection for 3 plus years. She is diabetic and has not done a good job managing it. Just recently she got on insulin injections. What meds will help her get rid of yeast infection and constant irritation.

She must control sugar properly. Then consult doctor to make sure that it's due to yeast infection, nothing else.

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  Fungal infections are common in diabetics if the sugars are not in control. You havent mentioned where does she have fungal infection? She can apply candid dusting powder if its on the skin. If its a oral thrush, she can use candid buccal paint. If its a vaginal one, she can use tab. Candid vaginal tablets. She needs to insert one tablet inside the vagina once a day for 7 days. Consult a gynaecologist in person for further evaluation and management.  Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain. Bangalore.
