Hi Doc. Suddenly I am very badly itching on my vagina. The discharge is transparent but at times it's mucus.i feel too fatigue. My last periods were 17 days ago. No burning sensation while urinating. Please advice

Take Tablet Ketoconazole 200 mg twice a day for 5 days
Take Tablet Levocetrizine twice a day for 5 days
Cansoft CL vaginum pessary at bedtime for 6 nights when not having periods

Keep dry
Use cotton panties or no panties for a month
Use Intiwash solution for cleaning vagina and vulva twice a day
Health Tips
Take Partner treatment with same medication to avoid ping pong infection
Use barrier contraception like condom for three months
Drink lots of curds and buttermilk and Lassi
