Yasmin query
I have pcos. Doctor has prescribed Yasmin. My period started yesterday, so I took 1 pill of Yasmin. Then I realised I have to travel long journey when the next period will start.
So can I stop the pills now and start taking the rest of the pills after 1 week so that my next period gets delayed?

Thank you for your question.
You can continue to take this packet and the next packet without a break so that you do not bleed in between. Its better not to delay starting the tablets as they are most effective when you start within the first three days of your period. You can choose to have a break after you complete two packets. There is no harm in this and there are no long term side effects.
