PCOD meftal or yasmin
Hi,
I am suffering from irregular periods - PCOD as described by doctors. I have changed my doctor recently.
I have been prescribed meftal by new doctor to get my period but it is still not happening. Can i take Yasmin instead?
I could recollect the last doctor used to give me Yasmin for getting back my periods.

Both the above mentioned drugs cannot heal you but yasmin can beautifully mask your symptoms. Not to mention that it's a synthetic hormone with potential side effects especially when used over long term.
