For years I have watched yakult ads on TV and it is quite popular in other east Asian countries. Is it actually good for the digestion?

Yes it is good with digestive problems Also works well to cover travellers diarrhoea

Yes, it is good nutrionally, but found some thorat infection in Indian ppl after consuming it.

Hello, Yes, yakult is good for digestion as it is a probiotic. But you can also have chaas or curd in place of yakult, it will acct similarly.
