Sir or mam, here Sunaina (21 years) suffering with hypothrodism ...I m doing work in a carporate office .I don't have much time to do work outs only that I do daily is 1 hour walk .and if it is possible I will follow meditation in weekends ..although in my work I have to sit in a chair all the time ..now i m suffering a lot from my stomach and lovdoves fat ...which makes me uncomfortable..that too my parents are seeing matches for me ...please .help or sugest me how to reduce my fat over belly
