XYLOMETAZOLINE HYDROCHLORIDE
Been taking sudafed nasal spray (XYLOMETAZOLINE HYDROCHLORIDE) for the flu and blocked nose, can I take a 4th dose even though the bottle says 3 in 24 hours?

Xylometazoline is a decongestant medicines which needs to be used with precautions. You should not cross recommended dosage as it can do permanent damage to our nasal mucosa. Unless very symptomatic don't use four times daily and also don't use it after consecutive five days
