Hi, My wife is 24 weeks pregnant she has running nose, sneezing and headache. Earlier before pregnant she was advised to take nasonex nasal spray. Now she is not sure if she can take nasonex now. Please advise

Hello..... Nasonex nasal spray contains cartocosteroid, and it's included in group c in pregnancy drug classification.. So benefit and advirse effect should be weighted cautiously.. Consult doctor even cetrizien is enough sometimes.. But as such there is no absolute contraindication...
